Do not engage in commercial activity on non-commercial property or app or mass activities in connection with the Services without prior written consent of ed. In such cases, you and Eid agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the Ontario Province and consent to waive any objection to the exercise of the parties jurisdiction in such courts and in any jurisdiction in such courts. All disputes, which are covered by a non-enforceable Class Action Waiver, may only be negotiated before a competent court, but the rest of the agreement is binding and enforceable. In accordance with applicable law, (i) if you disagree with a proposed change, your sole remedy is to terminate your fee-based service before the date of entry into force of the price change and (ii) your continued use of or subscription to the service after the price change in Force concludes the agreement to pay the new price for the service. This policy applies to brands, websites, apps, advertising services, promotional products, services or technologies (collectively, we will call these services). Within these terms, these Terms and Conditions and any policies and other documents (including all rights, licenses and obligations thereunder) accept, in whole or in part and without notice, for any reason, including for internal change (mergers or liquidations). For products or services that do not log in to an account, this privacy policy applies to these products and services that begin on May 25, 2018.
